Disk space
Disk space is the total amount of space that is used by all of the files/images/pages associated with your site, including log files and MySQL databases. Email is not counted in disk space as we encourage you to host it with Google Apps, It is free and you will get plenty of other services with Google and you also get a email address like xyz@yourdomain.com despite of @gmail.com or @yahoo.com.

Bandwidth (Traffic)
Bandwidth is the total amount of data transferred from the server and this number increases as your website is accessed more often. The more visitors you have, the greater the bandwidth . This figure is also influenced by the size and type of files visitors are requesting, ie. audio and video files use up much more data transfer than text and images.

then what it mean by unlimited…unlimited means there is no need to worry about disk space or bandwidth usage if you get lots of traffic, but if your site use application which hog our CPU/RAM or there are lots of I/O request  then we will not allow you to do it, as you should be fair enough to get benefited our out of the box service and respect others also. Don’t worry every hosting provider has the same policy if it is a shared environment. We will guide you the best ways by which you can get maximum benefit from us.

Installation, Configuration and Upgrade of any of the one CMS (Wordpress, bbpress, Drupal or Joomla ) for single domain only
The CMS ( content management System) is a kind of web software which makes your designing task easy, if you are less technical then you can use ready made themes and layout and you keep your site running. believe us it is very simple like handling an email.

We support Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, Phpbb and bbpress as these are open source and reliable. We will take care of installation, configuration and upgrade of these software and all the other tasks like security and monitoring of your site. You just need to focus on content. Don’t worry we will guide you all the thing throughout.

You can choose any one CMS as per your requirement or ask us which is most suitable for you. We will install it on your domain but single domain only one you can ask more by paying some more bucks!

Ftp and Mysql Account.
This is for some advanced users those want to place some other files also, we will provide one ftp and mysql account but this is on demand ask us we will give you one without any cost. Believe us! very few CMS hosting provider give you this functionality.

Monthly backup
We take monthly backup of all your data, so that in case of disaster you have nothing to loose. You yourself can also take as frequent as you want.

Google apps
Google apps are Google hosted solution of email, calender and knowledge sharing sites and wikis. If you want then we can configure all these for you without any extra cost. You will get 50 personal email accounts like xyz@yourdomain.com and the interface will be similar like Gmail with plenty of other features.

Pay only as long as you stay with us
There is no risk with us, as we calculate the billing on daily basis which is 7 INR or 17 Cents a Day. You need to do a Yearly payment which is 2500 INR or 55$ [ There is no setup fee, this is the total cost inclusive of all tax's ], Stay with us for 15 Days and if you are not satisfied with our service then you can leave us and we will refund you the remaining money, We will only charge you as much as you stayed with us, but minimum amount will be for 15 Days.
- For example if you stay with us for 45 days then we will charge you only 45*7 = 315 INR or 45*0.17$= 7.65$ and the rest will be refunded to you.

If you have signed up with us under any Free promotion or Free giveaway contest, but by any circumstance or mean you want to transfer to other hosting provider or domain registrar in case of GotryWeb . You need to pay us $5 as maintenance charges. But if you complete two years with us you can do it for free. . This is not applicable for paid customers they can transfer free when ever they want as per our policies. Believe us! you will like our service and never leave us

Domain Registration
There is no domain is included in our plan, you can come up with your own registered domain or you can book one from our sister concern GotryWeb at very economic price. Domain registration is completely different from domain hosting. They are two different functions and it will be billed separately.The domain registration charges is not refundable by any mean.
