The first thing to avail our service, you should agree with all our terms and condition and policies. You have to order our service using the below order form, after verifiying all the information one of our engineer will contact you at the email provided. We will send you a PayPal invoice or if you are Indian user then as per your opted form of payment, As soon as we received the payment we will start the setup of your account.
Setup Time
The current setup time for hosting is approximately 24 hours [ 1 working day] after receiving the payment.
Billing
You have to pay yearly which is 2500 INR or 55$ for webhosting, and the minimum period is 15 days, If you are not satisfied with our service we will refund the money back and we will charge only as long as you stayed with us…know more about it
Domain Registration
There is no domain is included in our plan, you can come up with your own registered domain or You can book one from our sister concern GotryWeb at nominal price. Domain registration is completely different from domain hosting. They are two different functions and it will be billed separately.The domain registration charges is not refundable by any mean.
We allow only single CMS installation per domain and only single domain installation is allowed per plan. The email and Googleapps configuration is on demand and more our engineer will tell about it. Don’t worry we are open and transparent, We assure you the best experience with us.
